Prof. Dr. Kostadin Kolarov was one of the three invited speakers in the Panel Discussion “Entrepreneurial Ecosystem” at the International Conference on Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Ecosystems in the Global Economy: Role of Returnee Entrepreneurs", 9 – 11 January 2025, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. In the week after the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kostadin Kolarov was invited by Prof. Dr. M H Bala Subrahmanya to deliver a seminar on “Business Modeling and Business Planning for Startups” to students at the IISc. During the session, Dr. Kolarov provided a comprehensive methodological framework, detailing the key steps involved in developing and implementing effective business models and plans for start-ups. He emphasized the importance of designing smart, highly individualized business strategies while highlighting common pitfalls entrepreneurs face during the planning process. The seminar also explored the relative advantages of different approaches to business modeling, offering practical insights for consultants and aspiring entrepreneurs.
