Dear Colleagues,

I would like to inform you that the Conference Proceedings from the 10th anniversary, international conference "Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice: Present and Future", which took place in June 2019, has been published.

This book contains papers presented at the 10th, anniversary, International Conference of the Bulgarian Association for Management Development and Entrepreneurship (BAMDE).
As in previous conferences, new ideas and research results were presented and discussed to contribute to better knowledge and understanding of the nature and problems related to entrepreneurship and small business.
Internationally recognized professionals from the United Kingdom, the Nether-lands, Ireland, Columbia and China made an important contribution as keynote speakers to the high scientific level of the conference.
Some of the papers presented at the conference were aimed at journal publication. Other authors preferred to develop further their papers before being published. That is why only a subset of the papers presented is published in this volume. 
The papers included in this proceedings are grouped into three sections:

• Factors of Entrepreneurial Success
• Entrepreneurship Education and Learning
• Entrepreneurship Policy and Support

The participants in this conference expressed their satisfaction with the excellent opportunities for meetings and discussions in a stimulating professional and informal communication environment and thus encouraged us to continue the traditions in the format and atmosphere of the past conferences.
